Currently we aim to dispatch orders within 4-5 working days. Delivery time after that varies with your chosen method of shipping.
We do not make profit from our P&P, everything is calculated based on the weight of the order. It is done automatically when you check out. If you have any questions about shipping then please ask and we can help.

1st Class Recorded: You will receive a tracking number with this service, so you can see where your item is. Delivery time of 1-2 days following shipping.
<Special Delivery: Orders placed before 2pm will be sent that day and arrive the next. Special Delivery orders placed on friday will be guaranteed delivery on monday.

EUROPE SHIPPING
Airmail Standard: Cost effective with a delivery time of approx. 3-6 working days.
Signed For: Updgrade to this service at an additional cost. You will get a tracking number and delivery time will be approx. 2-4 working days.

WORLWIDE SHIPPING
Airmail Standard: Cost effective with a delivery time of approx. 5-10 working days.

RETURNS POLICY
We do hope that you are very happy with what you receive. If you are not then please get in touch. You must return the order to us, in its original condition, within 28 days in order to get an exchange or refund.

We can only exchange on the same product. If you would like a different item then a new order must be placed. Any returned items will be refunded immediately minus the cost of the initial postage fee. Any faulty items must be returned to us before a replacement or refund is provided. We will only replace with the same item.

If you do send items back then please use a secure postage method, so that you can trace where the package is. The item is your responsibility until we receive it.

VINTAGE ITEMS RETURNS POLICY
No refunds or exchanges are offered on one off vintage items. We do our best to select things which are of a high standard and then photograph them as accurately as possible. Mail us if you have questions about a particular item.
Vintage electrical items are sold in full working order. We recommend that all electrical goods are inspected, tested, certified and installed by a qualified electrician. We also recommend that vintage electrical goods are protected by a "RCD". Present&Correct will not be liable for any loss, injury or death caused by electrical goods that have not been inspected, tested and certified by a qualified electrician.

ORDER STATUS
If you have registered with us then you can check the status of your order. Log in and click ‘View Order History’ Besides your order there will be a status, one of the following:

  • PROCESSING - the order has been placed successfully.
  • PREPARING - we are getting the package together in order for it to be sent.
  • SENT - the order is on its way!
