Cherry Yacht Pencils (1970s)

Pristine dead stock boxes of pencils from Japan, which are highly decorated with silver, stars & some fine type. The lead is HB and these are boxes of 12.

The 'Yacht' pencil company was founded in 1916 under the name 'Toyo Pencil Manufacturing'. They became Yacht in 1933 and closed in 1961, though the brand name lived on and was used by 'Toto' pencils.
